This section of Rich's Forum is a reflection of training and events at FDBJJ.

October 16, 2009 - Team training went off without a hitch this morning.  A new student entered the program with intentions of becoming an MMA fighter.  Tonight is kettlebells, bjj, and kick boxing to round out training at the school.  A judo black belt joined our school today, a man about 46, he decided to train at FDBJJ because of Josh's attention to detail. 

My elbow was hyper extended during team training, which kept me from rolling tonight.
